The Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement (DATE) has arrested Mary Fischer-Solimeo of Townsend on a felony drug charge and related offenses following an investigation into illegal marijuana sales. On May 13, DATE’s Marijuana Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at Blackbird Creek Farm on Union Church Road in Townsend. An investigation had determined the location was unlicensed by the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner and was allegedly selling and growing marijuana.
